We first look for people with compassion who truly enjoy helping others. We believe that knowledge can be learned and procedures can be trained. However, having a big heart is not trainable. Having a caring spirit is an absolute must in our hiring criteria. This is followed by at least 5 years experience providing care for others, good communication skills and a determination to make a difference in people's lives.
